Catch some zzzs
Try to get your 8 hours of sleep at least once a week by cutting back on TV, internet, housework, homework, or whatever else you are doing that keeps you up at night. Experts say that getting 8-10 hours of sleep helps control weight, keep your mind fresh, and improve your overall health. When you are well rested you are able to get more done and take life in stride.
